| Description : La sarl du grain au pain, c'est une petite équipe d'artisans serviteurs du pain du fin fond de l'Aude. Nous écrasons nous-mêmes les céréales (blé - seigle - grand épeautre - petit épeautre) pour faire les farines dans deux moulins à meules de granit (les farines sont donc fraîchement moulues), avec lesquelles nous produisons notre gamme de pains, viennoiseries et de biscuiterie-pâtisserie. Nos produits sont contrôlés et certifiés biologiques et portent la mention nature et progrès. En plus de notre activité quotidienne et sédentaire, nous disposons d'un atelier nomade avec lequel nous déambulons pour partager notre passion et notre savoir-faire sur demande : ceux qui le veulent (petits et grands) peuvent y apprendre à faire leur pain, lequel est ensuite cuit dans notre four ambulant. Nous nous déplaçons à la demande des collectivités et organismes qui souhaitent développer une animation concrète autour du pain. Nous assurons nous-mêmes nos livraisons dans les magasins demandeurs et chez les particuliers qui se trouvent sur notre itinéraire ; notre équipe de livreurs est jeune et motivée par notre démarche. Enfin, nous sommes présents sur quatre marchés hebdomadaires : Lezignan - Limoux - Carcassonne et Perpignan. |
