Descripción : Organic raspberry purée 9° Brix. Aseptic. Baby food grade. Varieties as Willamete, Meeker, Malling Seedling.
The product shall be produced from sound and ripe raspberries. Cultivation shall be according to organic certification rules. The purée shall be obtained by mechanical processes and treated by physical means without adding water. Leaves, stalks and other extraneous material shall be removed from the berries. The berries shall be washed, graded and sorted. The product shall be finely sieved, pasteurised and aseptically packed. Usual process technology and equipment shall be used.
Harvest and production shall be under good hygienic conditions.
The product shall be produced by a producer certified by an organic certification body accepted by the Swedish organisation KRAV.
