Horchani Dattes TM , Dépositaire d’une tradition ancestrale, celle des générations successives de la famille Horchani qui cultive depuis plus de deux siècles ce fruit saint, source de vie au désert.
Horchani Dattes TM est également une entreprise familiale qui prend source dans l’exploitation d’une des plus importantes plantations de palmiers-dattiers du Sahara tunisien: la vallée de Sabaa Abar, véritable terroir riche au cœur de l’oasis du Djérid couronnées par la divine Deglet Nour qui tient sa saveur de nectar et son goût unique de la proximité du généreux Chott El Djérid.
C’est là que la famille Horchani se consacre, depuis le 19ème siècle, à la culture de nombreuses variétés de dattes tunisiennes d’origine millénaire, propre à la région et dont l’apparence, le goût, le parfum et la qualité sont absolument uniques, ce qui les classe aujourd’hui comme meilleures variétés de dattes au monde.
Horchani Dattes TM par ailleurs, réussi le pari de conjuguer la tradition la plus pure sur le mode de la modernité la plus performante en se dotant d’installations ultra-modernes; ainsi, les dattes sont cueillies au stade de maturité approprié, désinsectisées puis lavées et pasteurisées avant d’être emballées et enfin stockées dans des chambres frigorifiques jusqu’à leur expédition.

Description : COATED PUFFED CEREALS: 100% natural product, it is very light and can be obtained by coating any kind of puffed cereal, in any size (gritz, broken seed, flake or whole seed).
Coating formulations are extremely flexible and make the product crispy and tasteful thanks to the possibility to add up to 60% coating to the original cereal.
This product can be used also before baking as its features do not change even at high temperature.
CRISPIES: Product obtained by coating of extruded cereals. CRISPIES are available in different sizes and shapes as any kind of extruded cereal can be coated, from 1,5 mm micro-crispies to 12,0 mm balls; from different sized cereal form seeds to any recipe flake. The careful preparation of coating formulations makes the raw material used much more crispy and tasteful.
