| Description | DON GUARDIOLA MONASTRELL ECOLÓGICO Variety: Monastrell Region: Jumilla, Murcia, Spain Winemaking process: 10 days fermentation is kept at 25º C. This wine is been made with grapes from organic cultivations of Monastrell varietals guaranteed by The Control Board of Organic Cultivations (Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de la Región de Murcia). Tasting notes: A marron-red colour and youthful purple tints evident to explode on the nose with mulberries and berries aromas; it is a well-structured wine in mouth. Gourmet notes: This wine goes well with snacks, cheese, rice and meat not too spicy. Availability: 50.000 bottles Bottle: 750 ml. Bordelesa Elite. |
