Terroir : petite plaine d’arrière-pays et premiers coteaux du Languedoc. Sol argilo-calcaire, bien drainé, climat méditerranéen.
Culture traditionnelle : buttage, déchaussage, griffages répétés. Sarments broyés et engrais vert naturel sont les seuls apports fertilisants. Pas de désherbant – pas d’engrais – pas de systémique – pas de pesticide de synthèse. Vendange mécanique à complète maturité.
