Descripción : Nous sommes un rizier basé en Thaïlande, spécialisé dans les riz étuvés. Notre usine est l'une des plus avancées de Thaïlande avec des machines de cuisson à la vapeur/séchage du Japon SITAKI et des machines de polissage d'Allemagne. Le processus d'étuvage commence par le trempage, le streaming sous pression et le séchage du paddy, puis le paddy est envoyé au processus de mouture. Ce processus préserve les vitamines et les minéraux naturels, gélatinise l'amidon du grain et garantit un grain plus ferme. Le grain noir sera rejeté à l’aide de la trieuse de couleurs. Le riz étuvé est généralement de couleur jaune clair/miel foncé, doré et noir en raison du processus d'ébullition. La propreté dès la première étape est garantie lors de la production. Chaque processus est mis en œuvre pour maximiser et conserver la nutrition au profit des consommateurs.
