| Description | In the Bee Workshop, there is no time to waste! Every phase of the year is precious for taking care of our bees. We begin in January, at the start of each new year, by moving the bees to warmer environments, preferably near the sea in temperate zones, so that these small and irreplaceable insects can grow stronger, ensuring more robust colonies as honey production approaches. We make sure every bee can feed properly by checking the availability of wildflowers and water. In February, we start chasing the blooms. We begin with cherry blossoms, then heather and acacia, all the way to August with honeydew honey. Starting in the summer, we begin treatments to combat the varroa mite using entirely natural and organic products. Through these interventions, we obtain a honey free of antibiotics. Our product stands out from main conventional competitors – the honeys usually found on supermarket shelves – thanks to our choice to dedicate ourselves to organic farming. Our selection includes the following varieties of organic honey: - Acacia - Orange - Wildflower (Polyflora) - Chestnut - Sulla - Honeydew (Forest) In addition to our honey products, we also offer bee pollen, propolis, and royal jelly. |
