Nürnberg Global Fairs: Merges with parent company NürnbergMesse

The exhibition and pavilion organization company Nürnberg Global Fairs (NGF) merged with its parent company NürnbergMesse GmbH. The merger is part of the expansion strategy announced in 2009: NürnbergMesse plans to move up to the Top Ten leading international exhibition venues by 2020 by doubling its turnover from 150 million to 300 million euros. International turnover alone is to rise to 50 million euros. This will be achieved by founding more and more local subsidiaries, as most recently in Brazil and Italy in 2009. NürnbergMesse has adapted its Internet presence (www.nuernbergmesse.de) to reflect the new corporate structure.
